Returns

 

In store returns.

Items purchased in store can be returned for store credit. The item must be unworn with original tags attached and returned within 14 days of receipt.

A store credit note will be written and signed and this can be used for future payments in store.

Online order returns.

If you are not satisfied with your order we will be happy to issue a refund.

For a return to be valid, we must recieve your returned order within 14 days for UK customers.

Items recieved after that time period will not be eligible for a refund and there will be a charge for returning goods to the sender.

Items must be in the same condition as sent with the tags still attached. 

Please send all returns using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.
