Private appointments

We understand that traditional opening hours don’t always fit modern life — that’s why you can now book a private appointment outside of our usual hours!

Enjoy having the shop all to yourself, with a team member on hand if you’d like some help.

To book, simply fill in the contact form with your preferred dates and times — we’ll get back to you to confirm. A £20 deposit is required to secure your booking, which will be fully refunded on the day even if you don’t make a purchase.

Choose from one of our four appointment types:

• Private Shopping: The store to yourself, with help available whenever you need it.

• Personal Shopping: One-to-one session to help you find pieces that suit your style.

• Sensory-Friendly: The option to turn off the music, dim the lights and shop in a calm, pressure-free environment.

• Video Call Shopping: Shop from home via live video — see items on camera, get sizing help and have them posted to you.
